This 14 storey glass tower consists of 107,000 m2 of grade A office space with over 8000 m2 of Reynaers Stick curtain wall and 800+ m2 of James & Taylor stone rainscreen cladding. The Project utilised 25+ skilled curtain wall installers, plus a full time storeman, forklift driver and lorry driver to transfer materials from our off site compound to the site on a daily basis. The curtain wall system being used has been developed by Reynaers in conjuction with Glamalco to allow the façade to be glazed internally so as to allow any future breakages to be re placed without having to bring in external lifting & access equipment.
